Want To See What’s In The Blank Quilting July 2023 Release?

Happy Monday Folks! Today is a big day because all of the Jaftex Companies have their new July lines going live on the websites and color cards are shipping to reps and distributors all over the world. Usually, I would do one big preview for all the companies, but I decided it was too much for me and you. Instead, there will be blogs about each of the July releases starting today with Blank (BQC). Tuesday will be FreeSpirit (FSP). Wednesday will be Henry Glass (HG). Thursday will be Studio E (SE). In other words, it’s in alphabetical order. Got it? Are you ready? Let’s do this!

Celestial Galaxy by Color Pop Studio is a 10-SKU collection shipping in February. This line is a black and yellow-colored group. The theme is the celestial galaxy as the title implies. Stars, suns, moons and constellations can all be seen in this lovely new collection. Check out the lead 24″ panel design below.

Intermix Basic by Urban Essence is a 20-SKU basic collection that ships in August and will be offered in 10-yard put-ups only. Pictures speak louder than words so check out the pattern below and then imagine it in your favorite 20 colors. That’s Intermix! For this one, take note that we will also be offering it in precuts like fat quarters, 2.5″ strips, 5×5 and 10×10.

Jaded Forest by Anna Bailey is a 12-SKU collection that ships in February. This outdoors-type collection depicts adorable animals in their element. Think owls, rabbits, deer and foxes. Of course, there are pine cones, mushrooms, flora and fauna too. This line is a mix of various colorations of mostly brown, blue and green. Check out the repeating blocks below to get an idea of what you can expect.

Morning Mist VIII is the eighth iteration of this ongoing pigment white-on-white collection from our Blank Quilting in-house lead stylist. This one ships in March and comes in 15-yard put-ups only. There are 15 different designs for you to use to get a little quiet in your next quilt project i.e. snowflakes, dragonflies, dots, flowers and sew much more. The most important thing I want to tell you about this line is that we are printing it in South Korea. Therefore, the quality will be a bit better than previous lines of this kind that were printed in Pakistan. Make sure to feel it to see if you can tell the difference. Let me know.

Out Of Farm’s Way digital by Anne Gregory shipping in March with 12-SKUS. Don’t tell anyone, but this is probably my favorite line in the release. The art is so fun and the animals are so funny and well depicted. Oh yeah, did I mention it’s a farm collection? Farm collections always sell well for us. Check out the 24″ panel below to get the flavor of this baby.

Petra by Satin Moon Designs is a 12-SKU collection shipping in March. Of all the lines in this release, this one has the most vibrant colors including lots of shades of purple, aqua and cranberry. This is more of a coordinated graphic line as compared to one of our single-themed collections. Below is the collage of the whole collection so you can see the color vibrancy and how well the group melds together as it will in any project you make with it.

Pickleball Anyone? by Urban Essence Designs is a small 6-piece collection that ships in February and comes in 12-yard put-ups only. With pickleball being so popular of late, we figured we would give it a shot. Speaking of shots, I have given pickleball a shot and it’s lots of fun if you can manage not to get injured. If you have tried pickleball, you know that it’s very easy to get addicted. When you are addicted, I am sure that you won’t be able to live without all the new creations that you make with this fabric line. I mean, how can you not be the hit of the court with the most sophisticated accessories game? Below is my favorite print of the batch….if you care! Which is your favorite?

Rainbow Droplets 108″ by Pattern Weave Studio in 18-yard put-ups and shipping in March. I love how it looks like the water droplets could just roll right off the fabric. Not sure I can add much to that description or the title so let me show you the designs. Neat-o!

Shoreline Stories by Lisabelle Art Studio is an 11-SKU collection that ships in February. This line covers two themes that I like very much….the shore and patrioticism. In a nutshell, it’s a patriotic beach line with some birdhouses and lighthouses peppered in. The lead 24″ panel will give you the flavor for this one.
