On The Homestretch With Studio E July 2023!
Today, I will wrap up the Jaftex July 2023 line release preview finishing with none other than Studio E Fabrics. The Studio E release contains 9 new groups that will ship from February to April 2024. Let’s dive right in.
Bella Blue Birds by Jennifer Brinley contains 14-SKUS and ships in March. I really like it when the title of the line is very descriptive as that makes my job easier. As it says, bella, meaning beautiful, and blue birds is what this line is about. Not only does it have blue with birds, but it has pops of orange and red too. There are some really great paid-for projects with this collection. Please note that our company is in the process of transitioning to projects made by professionals that now need to be purchased. There will still be free projects, but not as many. In any case, check the block print from Bella Blue Birds below.
Garden Party by Maureen Fiorellini contains 16-SKUS and ships in February. Again, another very helpful and descriptive line name. Let’s get this garden party started with some beautiful flowers to decorate the table. Then, let’s get out the cards and play some canasta. Maybe grab a fresh strawberry to nosh on. Just make sure to watch out for all the bugs and birds. Check out how great this quilt project below looks which was designed by Bound To Be Quilting. Love it!
Huggable and Loveable XIII by Sandra Magsamen containing 6-SKUS in 10-YARD cuts shipping in February. Of the 6 panels, 4 are Sandra’s typical books on steroids as I like to call them because they have appendages hanging on the bottom, side or standing on the top. 2 of the SKUS are the new mini books that come with little soft toys that you can make too. I will share those below. Make sure to check out the other books called: Baby Love, Hedge-hugs & Kisses, It’s Bath Time and Say Please Little Monster.
M’Ocean by Victoria Hutto contains 12-SKUS and ships in March. It should be yum ocean instead of M’ocean. What a lovely blue and cream seaside collection this is. It has all the usual suspects like fish, crabs, turtles, etc. Of course, there is lots of water too. This line would be great to use for projects for your beach house if you are fortunate to have one. Don’t feel bad, I don’t have one either. We can dream. I really like the Ocean Shimmer Quilt that portrays the fabric so well.
More Spaced Out is an 18-SKU assortment of low-volume prints to follow up Spaced Out. This is by Chelsea DesignWorks and ships in February. You really need to go to the website to see all the prints for yourself to enjoy this one because the images don’t do them justice.
Tempest by Chelsea DesignWorks is a new 21-SKU basic collection that ships in February and comes in 12-YARD bolts only. This collage speaks for itself and for me. Check it out. Which is your favorite color? I am digging the green in the top right corner.
Touch of White V 108″ by Studio E with 5 prints shipping in March that come in 18-YARD bolts only. The pigment white-on-white quilt backs are very popular. This time around we have a lacy allover, a large floral, roses, a foulard and a really neat snowflake. Check it out!
Tropical Bird Bath by Beth Reed is an 11-SKU collection that ships in April. This is a great line to get you pumped up for swimming and summer. This line has a very welcoming pool with loads of inviting floats and characters. There are cocktails, pool accessories and birds enjoying the bird bath. Jump in if you dare! This line is sure to put a smile on your face.
And for the grand finale, Studio E has a new 118″ wide quilt back. This one is called Vespa 118″, it’s by Lilac Bee Designs, it has 6 colors of one print and ships in March. Check out how great this new extra wide backing medallion design looks in all the colors. It’s nice and crisp! I am really liking the blue, what about you?
