Last Call for the #JaftexVideoChallenge
Calling all retailers! This is your last call to get your shop tour video submitted for the #JaftexVideoChallenge. You have 9 full days plus whatever is left of today.
I get the feeling that, like previous years, we are going to get a rush of videos at the very end….I hope. At this point, it isn’t very promising that we will exceed the number of participants from last year, but such is life. So, I really do hope there is a massive influx of videos as it would be awesome to see some continued growth in the number of participants. Like anything else, we are all always seeking year of year growth. This is no different!
Regardless of how this all plays out, I promise you that I will be back next year with another contest and the year after that and the year after that. Do you know why? The reason is that video will continue to play a bigger and bigger part in our businesses and lives as technology will keep advancing and we will all be watching our phones and computers more and more.
If you are a retailer, please consider this to be my last plea for you to step up to the challenge. If you are a consumer, I ask that you keep nagging your favorite quilt shop owners to do a video and share their shop with inquiring fabric minds.
With that, let me say, “Last call!”
Thank you to all those that have submitted videos. Thanks to all that plan to make a video before the contest ends. Thanks to those who have helped to spread the word.

Whew! Thankful my computer ineptness doesn’t transfer to quilting.

Unfortunately my local quilt store did not participate. 🙁

I will be messaging my favorite quilt stores to encourage them to do this. It is such a great opportunity to get some free publicity!! You are a really great company owner to offer prizes and more!

Where can we find a list of the video’s so we see them?

If you go to my page on facebook @jaftexpresident the videos are all in the feed. So if you just look at all the post, you will see it there.

We enjoyed doing this video of our shop. We make videos multiple times a week. Once you start, you get used to it, and it is much easier to make them!
