Let’s Celebrate Fabric

One of the things that is so amazing about fabric is that the possibilities of what you can make with them are absolutely endless. For that reason, it is so awesome to be able to admire as many creations as possible. There is nothing that makes me happier than to see what people make with the fabric that I have had the pleasure of watching be developed from inception to production to your final project.

For this reason, I love that so many people email me at scott@jaftex.com to share their awesome creations. Right now, most of the project photos being shared are from people that won a prize from me for a contest or something like that. Unfortunately, I don’t get as many people that send me photos just because, but I would really love that too. Show me what you can make and let’s celebrate fabric together like a tightly woven community.

We at Jaftex have taken this concept a step further. We now promote creations made with our fabrics and post community spotlight photos on Instagram and Facebook. It’s nice to share the awesome creations and hear everything that people have to say about them including what you have to say about your own creation. Our industry is an industry of nurturing and encouragement and this promotes that idea. It’s also a nice opportunity to show off your skills. Woot! Woot!

With that, I want to send you all an open invitation to share any of your Jaftex Fabric creations with me at scott@Jaftex.com. When you do that, please make sure to give me permission to share them because I don’t want to share something that you don’t want to be shared. Also, please provide as many details as possible so that we can write a proper post with your photo. Tell us your name, your Facebook and Instagram handles so we can tag you, the fabric line, where you bought it, why you bought it, if there was a project used, how long it took you to make, etc.

Bring it on and let’s celebrate the amazingness that fabric brings to our lives. Thank you very much!
