108″ Quilt Backs From Henry Glass Fabrics!
Today we will be reviewing all the 108″ quilt backs from Henry Glass Fabrics. In the following weeks, at some point, I will finish up with 108″ offerings from FreeSpirit Fabrics. By then, you will have a very thorough knowledge of all the Jaftex 108″ designs. Of all the companies we have, Henry Glass Fabrics has the most extensive collection of quilt backs. Many of their 108″ wide fabrics are basic so we continually restock them unlike the other companies that offer the 108″ lines as one and done. In other words, we order them once, in whatever quantities we need, and also based on the required mill minimums, plus…

What A Wild Fabric Trip It Has Been & It Is Only Getting More Fun!
Happy Monday to all. Today I was supposed to write about the 108″ fabrics from Henry Glass, but that is going to go on the back burner. I have other things to discuss and celebrate with you all, my loyal fabric peeps (familia). This past weekend, I reached over 10,000 likes on my @jaftexpresident Facebook Page. I must say that I am pretty energized about it. I am well on my way to my goal of 50,000 likes. I wanted to take the time to thank everyone who has supported me along the way. THANK YOU! What a wild fabric trip it has been and it is only getting better.…

Let’s Talk 108″ From The Blank Quilting Corp.
Today I will continue on my mission to expose you all to more 108″ wide quilt backings from my companies. This week we will review the 8 different wide backs from The Blank Quilting (BQC) and in the coming weeks I will finish up with Henry Glass Fabrics and FreeSpirit Fabrics. Let’s jump right into it. DIGITAL 108″ Currently, BQC has only two active 108″ digital lines. This line is called Plume 108″. As mentioned on several occasions, the reason to print a line digitally is due to the fact that the design has lots of colors and shades of color that exceed the amount that is viable to print…

April Fools Familia!
Happy Monday familia (family in Spanish)! I wanted to continue to showcase some of the different featured fabrics from the various quilt shop only companies that my family owns. Today, I want to focus on the 108″ fabrics produced by Studioe Fabrics and next week I will focus on Blank Quilting unless something else comes up. Today, I am going to break this down by: digital, traditional, pigment white and solid 108″. All of the digital, traditionally printed and pigment white groups are produced in Pakistan. The Peppered Cottons by Pepper Cory were woven, dyed, finished and double and rolled in India. DIGITALLY PRINTED: We currently carry two 108″ groups…

In any case, I am here today to spin you around until you are dizzy. Yes, dizzy! Very dizzy! I am going to make you so dizzy that your head starts to spin and you start to think differently….very differently. No, I am not a bully, some sort…

It Doesn’t Have To Be Perfect
Last Thursday, I visited Liza Lucy’s home in New Hope, Pennsylvania. For those of you that don’t know Liza, she is a very important piece of the Kaffe Collective puzzle. She makes most of the quilts and plays a key role on the team wearing many hats. On the day of my visit, Kaffe Fassett and Brandon Mably were there too which obviously made it a very special day…..for me. Below is the link to a Facebook Live video that we taped while I was there. It is very special if you are a Kaffe Collective fan and you won’t want to miss it. It’s pretty cool even if you…
