It’s so hard for me to say ‘no’ to people when I speak to them on the phone about Scott’s Free Sewing Machines (SFSM).  People are so honest.   People are hurting.  People are proud.  People are doing the best they can under the circumstances.  Maybe these sewing machines will make them a little happy.  But, what if it makes them really happy?    Kind of like medication.    What if it changes their life for the better?  What if?  As my dad likes to say, “I don’t do what ifs?” Anyway, I like to hope.   It’s sad to see and hear what’s going on in many of these peoples’ lives.   I know…
