Sewing Machine Giveaway Month 2
I hope you all read my blog from February 1, 2023, regarding the fact that I am bringing back my sewing machine giveaways. If not, you can go read it by clicking this link: Sewing Machine Giveaways Are Baaaacccccckkkkk!
With that, as I mentioned in the original post, every month on the first of the month, I am going to advise you on my blog at www.scottfortunoff.com of a Jaftex-related Instagram page that you need to visit, like and follow to get started and have a chance to win a sewing machine. Thereafter, on the 7th day of the month (March), I will post a question for you to answer on that specific Instagram page. In the case of this blog, you need to visit the Blank Quilting Corporation Instagram page @blankquiltingcorp now and then again sometime between the 7th and 10th. You will have until March 10th at 12 PM Eastern time to answer the question. After the 10th, I will choose a winner who will be notified shortly thereafter. It’s as simple as that.
Before I go though, I wanted to let you know of some other good news. I am not sure if you recall or not, but in the past when I gave away sewing machines, I was fortunate to have some industry partners who were kind enough to donate some items to the winners. Believe it or not, after my original blog post about the sewing machine giveaway being back, my friends at both Olfa and Aurifil Thread reached out to tell me they wanted to ante up for a second year. Needless to say, I was ecstatic to hear that and I am sure the winners will be too. On top of that, I plan to donate some fabric to the winners as well.
Our friends at Auriful are donating 500 spools of thread that include Black Diamond (Kaye England) and Quilting with Liberty (Jenni Smith).
As for our friends at Olfa, they are donating the RTY-2C/STQR NBL Quilting/Sewing Kit. (See below)
That’s the story and I am sticking to it. Let me remind you that the instructions are pretty simple to follow and I would appreciate it if people followed the instructions and didn’t barrage me with emails and private messages of all sorts. Good luck to all.

I want to learn how to make my own pattern for a house coat and need to get my hands on tracing paper. Where would I find a roll or sheets of large paper I could use to create this pattern.

People won’t follow instructions and still torment you with unwanted messages and emails.

Thank you for doing this. I hope the young kids will discover sewing. I am forever thankful for this skill, and still enjoy sewing as much as I did when I was a kid.
